Terms of Service

These Terms govern the use of TownieMap (the "Service") provided by 브라이트 (business registration no. 125-28-07835, the "Operator").

1. Purpose

These Terms set out the rights, obligations and responsibilities of the Operator and users in connection with the use of the Service.

2. Definitions

"Local" means a user verified by GPS in a given area above a set threshold; "Visitor" means any other user.

3. Effect and amendment of the Terms

These Terms take effect when posted within the Service. The Operator may amend the Terms to the extent permitted by law and will give prior notice of changes.

4. The Service

The Service provides a restaurant map that shows local and visitor ratings separately, review posting, restaurant registration and related features. Restaurant data is registered directly by users.

5. User obligations

Users must not post false reviews, misappropriate othersʼ information, register inaccurate restaurant information, or engage in any act that violates laws or public morals.

6. Content and copyright

Copyright in reviews and other content posted by a user belongs to that user. The Operator may use such content to operate and display the Service, and may delete or hide content that violates these Terms or the law.

7. Disclaimer

The Operator does not warrant the accuracy or reliability of restaurant information and reviews registered by users, and does not intervene in disputes between users or between a user and a third party.

8. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are interpreted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, and disputes relating to the Service are brought before the competent court.
